BIM, CAD

BIM (Building Information Management) is a digital model of a building including its data characteristics. The model serves as a database of information used throughout the life cycle of the building. Cooling Technology Solution s.r.o. has been using BIM (Autodesk Revit and Inventor software) to create design and construction documentation since 2017. The creation of the digital building model is often done in conjunction with 3D scanning (Gefos Leica).

BIM management of our activities can be divided into:

Designing phase

• Drawing up project documentation within the scope of an architectonic study or documentation for building permits
• Drawing up the BEP (BIM execution plan) assignment as part of the BIM protocol for the investor, which defines the rules for the creation of the BIM of a specific contract in the pre-implementation phase (within the documentation for the contractor selection or before the start of the preparation of as-built drawings
• Drawing up construction documentation and construction implementation project documentation
• Preparation of as-built drawings for the construction company or investor

Building passporting

• Creation of a digital model of the technology or construction based on the investor's documents and using a 3D scanner (only 2D documentation
• 3D coordination model or a complex 3D model including data standard may be produced). Output formats rcp (point cloud for own processing) or IFC according to the required scheme.

Technology management

A software tool for digital building model management including the use of a data standard, interfacing with integrated data collection, energy assessment, implementation of servicing and legislative requirements, etc.

In 2024, Ing. Adamec, the BIM management of Cooling Technology Solution s.r.o., was certified by the Foundation within the international building SMART program.
