HISTORY
Our work is built on decades of experience, numerous completed projects, and over 30 years of expertise in refrigeration technology. Pavel Kopecký, the Executive Director of Cooling Technology Solution s.r.o., began his career in 1988 at the Frigera Kolín, working in the prototype workshop and refrigeration test room. From 1991 to 2006, he led technical development at JDK spol. s.r.o., and from 2006 to 2017, he worked as a self-employed refrigeration technology specialist. Cooling Technology Solution s.r.o. was founded in 2017 (by a self-employed person) and has since continued to specialize in engineering design and construction of refrigeration technology, and the development of specialized applications, as well as machine refrigeration technology. From the beginning, our company has focused on high-efficiency refrigeration systems, the use of natural refrigerants, waste heat recovery, and the advanced optimization of these technologies.

2024: Achieved foundation certification under the international Building SMART program
2024: Certified technical and service activities for Turbocore® compressors
2024: Launched the AOR® project, focusing on advanced optimization and industrial machine refrigeration technology
2023: Registered the Cooling Technology Solution s.r.o. trademark
2023: Completed the NDS® project, including distribution centers and hypermarkets with a total cooling capacity of over 18 MW (cooling), 4.5 MW (freezing), and 8 MW (waste heat)
2022: Awarded the "Danfoss Synergy World Cup" for technical design, project documentation, and commissioning of a distribution storage center equipped with NDS® technology (1.2 MW freezer warehouse, six Turbocore® compressors, cascade technology with R744, and full waste heat recovery via heat pump, resulting in significant operational savings)
2019: Expanded the technical team of Cooling Technology Solution s.r.o. through collaboration with Projekt Service company
2018: Constructed the first transcritical refrigeration system using R744 for supermarket chains, featuring LP ejector technology, PS 40/56/90/120 bar, an advanced low-pressure oil separation system, and full waste heat recovery
2018: Launched the NDS® project, showcased at the partner SINOP ČB a.s. booth during Chillventa in Nuremberg
2017: Switching to complex designing in BIM, integration of calculations.
2017: Formation of Cooling Technology Solution s.r.o.
2015: The first indirect refrigeration technology NDS® equipped with Turbocore compressors with the R1234ze refrigerant (1.1MW) and cascade technology working with R744 (135 kW) with full utilization of waste heat by means of a heat pump (490 kW) (cooling, air-conditioning, heating)
2014: Dairy cooling technology, ice water cooling with temperature +0.5 °C and cooling power 1.1MW, refrigeration technology equipped with four Turbocore TG compressors working with the R134a refrigerant
2014: Project documents and technology of refrigeration for laboratories of the Czech Technical University, Centre for Energy Efficient Buildings in Buštěhrad
2014: First application under critical (cascade) machinery R134a/R744 for supermarket refrigeration (Albert)
2012: Implementation of the enthalpy accumulation technology for energy optimization of machine refrigeration (Albert, Tesco)
2010: Technology for ice arenas, waste heat recovery
2009: Registration of utility designs of cascade recuperation technology and use of enthalpy accumulation for energy optimization of machine cooling
2008: Technologies for explosion-hazardous environments, project documents, commissioning
2008: Design and construction of a 1MW containerised refrigeration source, cooling ice water at 0.5 °C for a dairy plant
2007: Implementation of booster regrigeration technology in the distribution centre, hot vapour defrosting, subfloor heating
2006: Formation of the CTS company (Pavel Kopecký Trade Registration Number), ČKAIT authorisation obtained (2005)
